A program designed for clients wanting to experience a fresh twist on traditional psychotherapy. 


Where do we walk and talk?

We have several trails in Clemson mapped out that offer a peaceful and mindful experience. 

Is this considered a workout?

We stay focused on talking, while also gaining the benefit of leisurely movement and experiencing nature. We will not discuss diets or fitness plans. The focus is emotional wellness, just like when therapy is conducted at our office. 


What about bad weather?

We will establish a plan in the event of inclement weather. We can hold the session at our office or meet through our online portal for telehealth. 


How does this impact confidentiality? 

This is something we will discuss in detail prior to heading outdoors. It is certainly possible we could encounter others while on our walk session. In the event you feel uncomfortable, we can return to the office or use our already established backup plan.
