I’ll leave you with one of my favorite quotes: “For what it’s worth: It’s never too late to be whoever you want to be.” - F Scott Fitzgerald.

And speaking of greatness… how are you doing, Moms?

Parenting in the 2020s brings a mountain of new challenges. As moms we do our best to protect our children from all the scary stuff, raise them to be productive adults and make sure they know how to make their own sandwich and run an occasional load of laundry for themselves. In helping THEM be their best we wear ourselves out and when we occasionally glimpse in the mirror we wonder, “who are YOU?”

Have you lost yourself on your parenting journey? Want some help finding your way back to center? I’m here for you, Mama.

When you were little, someone asked what you wanted to do when you grew up. You said something cute & brilliant like, “I’m going to be a kangaroo!” and bopped along your happy way. The years rolled on and that question kept coming - holding more weight as you got older. At some point, you got to know yourself, made some big choices, checked off your to-do list, changed locations, lost some friends, made some new friends & ended up where you are today! A million moments have taken place between then and now. How are you doing?

You might be feeling overwhelmed or unclear on your next steps. You could be dealing with relationship concerns, friend issues, roommate drama or any number of other things that are keeping you up at night with your thoughts racing. It can be tremendously helpful to discuss things with a safe, caring professional who can help you sort through your emotions, organize your thoughts, and come up with a helpful plan of action. You are not alone - we are in this together!

There is nothing I love more than coming alongside young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. If you recognize that you would benefit from some focused time dedicated to the most important topic in the world (YOU!) I would be thrilled to meet you and support you on your journey to greatness!
